He has over 35 years of experience in the fields of Hydraulic Design, Product development, System Engineering & Integration. He has previously held management positions at Vickers Systems International (now Eaton) and has advanced degrees in Engineering and Management. He has been associated with Bosch-Rexroth for various special projects.

He is also an authority on fluid power corporate training and has conducted over 200 training  courses. Earlier he was a faculty member for Bosch-Rexroth India, a leading German company and SMC Pneumatics, a leading Japanese company. He is an active member of All India Fluid Power Society.
